About Order Cancellation, Returns, and Exchanges After Order Request

At Buyee, since we purchase items on behalf of our customer after the order request, as a general rule, orders cannot be canceled once they have been requested.

If any of the following situations apply, please follow the appropriate procedures according to the "Compensation Plan" provided by Buyee.

If there is a difference in product color, size, quantity, etc.

As a general rule, returns and exchanges at the purchaser's request are not possible.

If you have applied for the "Standard Plan" or "Inspection Plan", If it is confirmed that the store sent an item that is clearly different in size, color, quantity, etc., in principle, Buyee will provide a refund as compensation.

However, items for which the size or color of the item cannot be confirmed by tags, etc., and items for which the contents cannot be confirmed without opening the package are not eligible for compensation, as Buyee cannot determine if the item is wrong during inspection.

If there is a problem with the product

Damage caused by accidents during shipping

In principle, we do not accept compensation for damaged products.

If you have applied for the "Standard Plan" or "Insured Delivery Plan" and damage caused by an accident during shipping is found at the time of inspection, Buyee will, in principle, provide a refund as compensation.

Initially defective product

In principle, we do not accept compensation for damaged products.

If you have applied for the "Standard Plan" or "Inspection Plan" and we find any obvious damage such as tears or stains upon inspection, Buyee will, in principle, provide a refund as compensation.

However, Buyee does not check the operation of the products, so malfunctions such as electrical appliances are not compensated for.

If the product is not received (loss caused by an accident during shipping)

In principle, we do not accept compensation for lost products.

If you have applied for the "Standard Plan" or "Insured Delivery Plan" and your order is found to have been lost due to an accident during shipping, Buyee will, in principle, provide a refund as compensation.

Q. Can I return, exchange, or cancel items due to reasons such as "The purchased item doesn't match the image," "The size doesn't fit," or "I ordered the wrong item"?

Returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to reasons related to the purchaser's discretion are not accepted.

We kindly ask you to thoroughly review your purchase before completing it.

Q. If the purchased item is defective, can I return, exchange, or cancel it?

Buyee does not provide warranties for items sold in shops, so as a general rule, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

If obvious damage such as tearing or stains are confirmed during inspection, refunds will be provided by Buyee as a general rule, but only if you have applied for the "Standard Plan" or the "Inspection Plan".

However, since Buyee does not conduct operational checks on electronic products or similar items during inspection, compensation for items due to malfunction is not covered under any compensation plans.

Q. If the purchased branded item is counterfeit, can I return, exchange, or cancel it?

Buyee does not provide warranties for items sold in shops, so we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order request has been placed.

Furthermore, since we do not conduct authenticity verification for branded items during inspection, they are also not covered under any compensation plans.

Q. If the delivery of the item is delayed and does not meet your expectations, can the order be canceled?

We do not accept cancellations after an order has been placed due to delayed delivery.

Delivery times may be longer than usual due to factors such as weather or holidays. We appreciate your understanding and suggest making purchases with ample time to spare.

After receiving your application for compensation, the department in charge will determine whether compensation is available based on Buyee's coverage.
