This is a bundle that combines an inspection plan and an insured delivery plan into one cost-effective package.

Coverage includes damaged, lost or incorrect items.

In the unlikely event that you receive the incorrect item (wrong size or color), or if your item is damaged or lost, we will issue a refund in accordance with Buyee's coverage policy.

  • Refunds are only applicable to lost products, damaged products, incorrect products or incorrect product quantities.
  • Requests for refunds must be submitted within 14 days from the package's arrival date.

Damage or loss caused by accidents during shipping, wrong color or size, wrong quantity, obviously different goods, etc.

Damage that cannot be attributed to a shipping accident, defects inherent in the item itself, or product authenticity.

Defects and missing items that can be verified on the product page or in photos.

Malfunctions related to the operation of devices, such as electrical appliances and watches.

Malfunctions associated with assembly and movement of toys, furniture, etc.

Items that do not appear to have been damaged during shipping

Discrepancies in color and size for items without tags or notes.

In principle, Buyee will ship your purchased items in the same condition in which they were packaged by the store.

In rare cases, due to the way packages are handled in transit, items may arrive damaged or go missing.

If you sign up for the Insured Delivery Plan, we will refund you according to Buyee's coverage policy in the event of item damage or loss.

Guide for non-refundable items

  • Only items that are damaged or lost are eligible for refund.
  • Requests for refunds must be submitted within 14 days from the package's arrival date.

Precautions

We do not accept changes after applying for a plan

We do not accept changes to the plan after applying for the Insured Delivery plan.

When products with and without the Insured Delivery plan are shipped together.

If you ship together a product that has a plan and a product without a plan, the compensation will be only made for the products covered by a plan.

International shipping fees and protective packaging service fees are non-refundable.

We do not exchange products.

We do not offer replacements for damaged products or provide new items. In most cases, Buyee does not provide instructions for returning the product.

When some of the items in one order arrive damaged.

The coverage covers only the damaged items and may be refunded at the rate of the damaged quantity.

You cannot specify the packing method.

Products with an Insured Delivery plan will be packed by Buyee according to the packing condition so that the possibility of damage is reduced. We cannot accept additional packing method requests.

  • Some large items and products with special shapes may require the application of our Special Packaging service, in which case a separate fee will be charged.
Special packaging service

You may not be able to select sea mail when selecting a delivery method.

Even if you applied for a plan, you may not be able to choose to deliver by sea for some items such as audio equipment, porcelain, and alcoholic beverages that are easily damaged during delivery.

Customs duty is not refundable.

Customs duties are not included in the usage fees for the services provided by Buyee.

Even if the package you receive is covered by a plan, it will not be refunded.

If you pay for the item with Buyee points and get a refund.

The points used for payment will be returned to your account.

Inspection Plan

Up to Full Refund

As a general rule, Buyee only checks whether the product purchased by the customer can be shipped internationally when it arrives at the warehouse.

In rare cases, the seller / store may send you items with different sizes, colors, and quantities.

If you apply for an Inspection Plan and the product you received is clearly different from the description / image on the product page, we will refund you based on the coverage set by Buyee.

Guide for non-refundable items

  • Refunds are only available for wrong items or quantity.
  • Limited to guarantee application within 14 days from the date of arrival of the package.

Precautions

Changes after plan subscription

We do not accept changes to the plan after applying for the Inspection Plan.

In the case of consolidated packages with and without Inspection plan

If a product covered by a plan and a product without a plan are shipped together, compensation will only be provided for the items covered by plan.

International shipping fees and package consolidation fees will not be refunded.

We do not exchange products.

We do not offer replacements for damaged products or provide new items. In most cases, Buyee does not provide instructions for returning the product.

We do not check the validity of data-related products, etc.

We cannot verify the authenticity of data-related items, such as game accounts, electronic files, and downloadable content, so we kindly request that you refrain from applying for this plan.

When some of the items in one order arrive damaged.

Coverage applies solely to items that differ in terms of products and quantities, and refunds may be issued based on the quantity discrepancy.

Defective product discovered during the warehouse inspection.

At that time, the amount of money spent on the item will be refunded and the item will be properly disposed of by Buyee.

Customs duties are not refundable.

Customs duties are not included in the usage fees for the services provided by Buyee.

Even if the baggage you receive is covered by the plan, it will not be refunded.

If you pay for the item with Buyee points and get a refund.

The points used for payment will be credited back to your account.

Lite Plan

This plan does not provide compensation for product defects.
